Contact Scotland BSL

The Contact Scotland BSL webpage and phone application launched in 2016 offering Video Relay Services (VRS) to BSL users in Scotland. VRS enables telephone communication between two physically separate parties via a remote sign language interpreter. 

The free service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used to contact individuals, private business, and public bodies – including the National Health Service (NHS) and local authorities.
